Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy on all our products, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Items will be considered eligible for a return for the following reasons:
- item/s do not match the descriptions on the online store.
- items were received damaged or broken.
- items are of poor quality.
To start a return, email a picture of your product and the reason for the return to info@passiflora.co.za Please note that all returns will be collected by Passiflora.

Damages and issues
Please note that we unfortunately cannot accept returns based on damages caused by pests or disease after items have been delivered. It's therefore important to check your invoice carefully when receiving them and notify the delivery agent of any items you're not happy with. A note will then be made on the invoice and relayed to our offices to initiate a return.
Exchanges requests for incorrect items that were ordered will incur an additional delivery charge.
Refunds
After having received your request for a return, our office will notify you once the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
