Also known as the Pambati tree, this very attractive shrub or small tree grows to a height of 3-5 meters in a garden situation. Besides the attractive dark green foliage, the plant also produces masses of yellow flowers from October to April. It's hardy, doesn't require much attention and responds well to regular pruning making it ideal for hedging or screening. The compact root system also makes it an ideal choice for smaller gardens and confined spaces.

Annestrabe intergerrima

Anastrabe integerrima grows well in a variety of environments, including full sun and partial shade, it is relatively resilient and simple to grow. It has a quick growth rate and thrives in nutrient-rich loam with year-round water availability, however it can endure dry spells. Although it is relatively resistant to frost, immature plants need care. It is a perfect screening plant for small gardens because it can be planted to conceal any structures or walls and may be pruned into a single-stemmed tree or even cut into a hedge. It is attractive enough to be employed as a solitary specimen in a small garden or in clusters in a bigger landscape.
