Planting instructions for:

Celtis africana - 70 litre

To plant Carpobrotus edulis, select a location with well-drained soil and full sun exposure. Prepare the soil by removing any weeds or debris and dig a hole slightly larger than the root ball. Place the plant in the hole, ensuring the top of the root ball is level with or slightly above the surrounding soil. Backfill the hole, gently firming the soil around the roots. Water the plant thoroughly and apply a layer of organic mulch to conserve moisture and suppress weeds. Provide regular watering, especially during dry periods, and avoid overwatering. Prune as needed to maintain its shape and remove any dead or damaged growth. Ensure the plant receives ample sunlight for optimal growth. Monitor for pests and diseases and take appropriate action if any issues arise.
