Also referred to yellow wild iris, Dietes bicolor is an extremely hardy and versatile plant. They grow well in sun and shade and will tolerate any soil type. The plant forms large clumps when mature and have a height of approximately 80cm. Spikes of yellow flowers with a dark centre start appearing in spring and autumn.
