The wild banana is a fast growing, hardy evergreen tree that easily reaches 8 metres. The large lush foliage is perfect for creating a tropical feel. It grows well along the coast. Plant in full sun or semi-shade however avoid planting close to buildings or paved areas as the roots are known to be aggressive.
